Job Description

• About The Role:Oral BU Parodontax (PDX) KAM for Douyin

Cooperates with internal and external partners to carry out PDX business delivery including livestreaming short videos and traffic buy in Douyin reports to Douyin E2E lead and works closely with team to lead the growth of brand awareness and sales on Douyin

• Responsibility

1. Responsible for PDX full year budget planning and tracking sales KPI delivery(GMVROIconvertion and etc.)and verification for agency and dealers

for the daily operation of PDX Douyin livestreaming content and shopping carts operation and promote the implementation of the sales target

3. Responsible for PDX livestreaming product rotation management balance and management

experience in Douvin store operation and promotion and be familiar with platform traffic weighting mechanism improve the stores exposure click-through rate page views conversion rate .

5. Understand the industry and the livestreaming of competing products combine its own data analysis and tap user needs promote product optimization and increase store sales.

6. Responsible for PDX CRM management analysis of shop crowd portraits fan transaction level increase fan stickiness increase fan repurchase rate and joint rate.

1. Proactively seeks out opportunities to learn more about the new trend of Douyin. Uses knowledge to suggest new ideas and change to marketing initiatives.

and cooperate with internal teams and external agencies on planning and executions.

Who You Are

Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities

1. More than 1 year experience in Douyin store operation and more than 3 years experience in Ecommerce in daily chemicals oral and related category preferred.

Powerpoint and excel skills. 熟练的PFT 能力和excel技巧

have strong data analysis capabilities including user stratification consumption habits etc. to tap users online shopping needs.

have practical experience in Douyin promotion tools and be proficient in Douyins promotion tools and KPIS.

in successful cases of Douyin e-commerce liverstreaming operations is preferred .
