Our Schaffhausen campus in Switzerland is a key hub for pharmaceutical manufacturing and global supply chain operations.

We are seeking a digitally affine Facilities Engineer for our team in Schaffhausen to support our building & equipment documentation systems and implement our BIM strategy. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or an experienced professional who thrives in a matrix organization enjoys collaboration and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update building documentation systems (Meridian Autodesk Cloud) ensuring compliance with GxP and EHS requirements.
Drive the implementation of the BIM strategy for the Schaffhausen campus.
Develop user-friendly processes for digital building information systems and ensure high-quality data maintenance.
Collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders across various departments to align documentation strategies and processes.
Support infrastructure and IT projects related to document/information management.
Identify and mitigate risks related to compliance downtime or financial impact.

What Were Looking For

Degree in Facility Management Engineering or related field
Strong digital affinity; experience with Autodesk Cloud and 3D modeling is a plus.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills in German and Englisch
