Description

As a member of our Infrastructure Engineering team you will design and implement cloud contact center infrastructure and application components for our firms journey to AWS Contact Center in the Business Collaboration space. You will leverage your expertise in software applications and technical processes to enhance the infrastructure engineering discipline. You will apply your technical knowledge and problem solving methodologies to build cloud Infrastructure components applications and integrations that will serve our client-facing employees ensuring efficient and effective solutions. Youll help develop functional goals and priorities that align with our overall strategy. You will use your hands-on experience building scalable solutions to pave the successful way for our team. Youll collaborate with our talented and dedicated problem-solving technologists across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. global network.

Job Responsibilities

  • Apply technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies focusing on infrastructure engineering for designing and implementing cloud contact center Infrastructure and Application systems at scale.
  • As a member of the team we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around solving business problems through teamwork innovation product development & engineering practices.
  • You will be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development and platform engineering lifecycle working in agile product teams and partnering with stakeholders to stay focused on common goals aligned to our employees and customers.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines with minimum 7 years of applied experience
  • Experience in developing debugging and maintaining code in a large corporate environment
  • Proficiency in one of the modern programming languages; backend - Python Java JavaScript etc.
  • Well versed with Infrastructure as a Code with Terraform
  • Able to design and implement applications on AWS public cloud. Experience with AWS cloud including migration and optimization for cost efficiency and performance.
  • Hands-on Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins/Jules Version Control tools (Git/Bitbucket)
  • Ability to execute implementation plans for high-performance fault-tolerant systems within complex environments.
  • Working knowledge of Database technologies (RDBMS SQL NoSQL)
  • Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle Agile Methodology
  • Experience in development and design of Rest APIs

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • AWS certified developer and/or Architect certification is preferred
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with tools such as Jira Confluence ServiceNow and Agile methodologies.
  • Cloud Contact Center (AWS connect) is a big plus
