Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

  1. Manages the committees under his/her responsibilities (e.g. (Comité des Grandes Affaires/Bizcom/ CovidCom) as well as their overall functioning ensuring that the committees operate efficiently and achieves its objectives.
  2. Schedules and plans committees meetings ensuring they take place at regular intervals are well-organized the agenda is previously communicated and also taking into account the availability of committee members and stakeholders when setting meeting dates.
  3. Manages stakeholders including committee members management FO and other relevant parties to ensure everyone is informed about meeting schedules agendas and other important updates.
  4. Prepares the meeting agenda in consultation with key stakeholders and by gathering input from committee members and relevant departments to include important topics ensure the agenda is comprehensive and to guarantee the Chinese wall principle.
  5. Gathers relevant data and information from various sources and tools (e.g.: Singular Nat1 etc.) to be discussed during the committee meetings.
  6. Acts as a facilitator during committees meetings ensuring that discussions remain focused confirm that the quorum is met and time is managed efficiently
  7. Takes detailed minutes of the committee meetings documenting decisions action items and discussions serving as a reference for future meetings and submits them for validation (e.g. Bizcom: taking into account CCN deadline).
  8. Continually assesses the effectiveness of the committees operations and suggests improvements to enhance its efficiency and impact.

Qualifications :

In order to succeed you will need:

  • Advanced degree in Finance Business Administration or similar;
  • Around 3 years work experience ideally in business management risk audit Front/Middle office;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams Sharepoint etc.);
  • Capacity to work with BI tools;
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus;
  • Fluency in English and comfortable in French (Written and spoken);
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization including Senior Management;
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and restitute debates / exchanges which lead to decisions;
  • Sound understanding of the products of CIB business lines
  • Strong communication skills precision and process-oriented mind
