Job Summary
Dominos Pizza in Pekin United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a vital member of our organization youll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while handling various tasks in our fast-paced environment.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
- Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Deliver outstanding customer service ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with additional tasks as needed including cleaning and restocking supplies
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor with an easy smile
- Team player mentality and willingness to assist colleagues as needed
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Food handling experience is a plus
