The Security Services Consultant will own manage and support customers in deploying CyberArk Privilege Access Management this role the Security Services Consultant will collaborate with customers to kick off their transition project provide support in planning managing technical activities and handle post-transition discussions and activities. The goal is to ensure a seamless deployment foster a positive customer experience and outcome and enable customers to continue and grow with CyberArk solutions.
The Security Services Consultant will be responsible for customers delivery and ongoing success and will accompany them throughout all stages of the deployment life cycle. This includes planning deploying integrating providing technical assistance expanding and securing the customers environment using the solution as well as setting the customer up for success with CyberArks Privilege Access Management solutions (Self-Hosted and/or SaaS).
Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise deployments of CyberArks solutions through their full life cycle
Design and architect solutions to meet the needs of CyberArks customers
Work directly with the customer to deploy and configure CyberArk Privilege Access Management (PAM) solutions in the customers environment
Serve as the primary point of contact during the planning deployment and post-implementation stages
Conduct discovery and planning workshops to gather requirements and define success criteria
Provide technical documentation deployment summaries and knowledge transfer
Collaborate with internal teams (Services Support PM and R&D) to escalate and resolve complex issues
Participate in post-deployment support and optimization engagements
Assist customers through CyberArk product migrations (Self-Hosted to Self-Hosted or Self-Hosted to SaaS)
Ability to work off-hours periodically to support customers during scheduled maintenance windows for system upgrades/migrations
Receive and appropriately resolve customer issues and escalations while establishing correct expectations
Act as a subject matter expert to guide customers through both Privilege Access Management and security best practices aimed at rapid risk reduction
Processing and analyzing customer and product usage for the benefit of both customers and CyberArk

Qualifications :
4 years of experience deploying CyberArk or equivalent PAM solutions.
7 years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator
Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
Proficiency in Portuguese (written and verbal) is a nice-to-have
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) network security and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
Eagerness to learn other products in the CyberArk product suite as needed
Experience setting up and installing enterprise software on Windows and Unix platforms
Experience with CyberArk migrations Self-Hosted to Self-Hosted and/or Self-Hosted to Privilege Cloud (nice to have)
Experience with Active Directory and IDP systems
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to anticipate risks and react to devise solutions
Security or similar security certifications are preferred
Passion for cybersecurity and continuous learning
