Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced E-Trading Algorithmic Quant at the Associate or VP level to help design build and evolve best-in-class electronic trading algorithms. This role sits at the intersection of quantitative finance software engineering and market microstructure with direct exposure to production trading systems.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150000 and $200000 for Associate and between $160000 and $250000 for Vice President. However base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package which depending on the position may also include commission earnings incentive compensation discretionary bonuses other short and long-term incentive packages and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
