Job Summary

Intermediate District 287 is looking for a long-term substitute for a Licensed Behavior Intervention Specialist at North Education Center located in New Hope MN!

Intermediate District 287 serves students in grades K-12 as well as transition age students (18-22 years old) from our 12 member districts in the west metro area. Our district offers a wide range of services and specialized programs primarily focused on setting IV special education that is designed to meet the diverse needs of our students. Salary & Benefits:

Salary is based on Local 2209 Salary Schedule A: $33.17 - $65.78 depending on experience and education
Location: New Hope MN
This is a long-term susbtitute position starting in January

Requirements:

Interested in candidates who are: diverse bilingual or have experience working with diverse populations.
Requires a valid special education teaching license school social worker license or school psychologist license issued by the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) or someone who is Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA - Nationally certified) or in the process of obtaining the certification.
