Your Responsibilities:

Lead execution of major and complex features and initiatives
Architect and design scalable and efficient software solutions for medium to large business requirements
Drive customer satisfaction as measured by NPS and unsubscribe rate
Drive quality
Drive great developer experience
Drive operational excellence
Be a role model in terms of output and quality
Be a multiplier
Drive clean code and simplicity in the system
Perform advanced code and solution reviews and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
Mentor intermediate and junior engineers.
Deep understanding of the tech vision and contribution to progress towards it
Attain and Maintain solid overview of large parts of the Crewmeister code base infrastructure and architecture
Drive user experience

Expert in Javaand Spring Bootas well as experience in otherareas and languages
Basic Leadership and competent in mentoringExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills especially within the product team
Technical decision competency
