- Supportingand energising theChange Champion networkto drive engagement globally
- Creatingclear engaging communications includingFAQs newsletters videos and intranet updates
- Partneringwith People and Communications teams toensure brand consistency and tone alignment
- Preparingfor and supportingtown halls briefings and engagement sessions
- Simplifyingcomplex change impacts intodigestible content for diverse audiences
- Coordinatingtraining communications toreinforce adoption messages
- Maintaininga central calendar of communication and engagement activities
- Trackingeffectiveness of interventions throughsurveys feedback and analytics
