A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A FINISHER
As a Finisher you will perform a variety of finishing processes including blasting powder coating polishing and occasional wet coat painting on metal parts/surfaces. You will be responsible for taking care of the equipment you use including cleaning and basic preventative this position you will work with various materials and will be responsible to safely label store and dispose of those substances. Various hand and power tools may be used during the finishing process. Forklift operation and basic maintenance will be a part of your daily tasks to move equipment to/from other departments.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN FINISHER
- Utilize power tools and various equipment as needed to perform duties
- Read and interpret basic parts drawings
- Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management and prioritization skills
- Complete training to become forklift certified within 30 days
- Lift up to 25 pounds frequently 50 pounds occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
WORK SCHEDULE AS A FINISHER
The typical schedule for this full-time position is Monday - Thursday from 5:30 am to 2:30 pm and Friday from 5 am - 9 am.
