Hours: 36 per week 52 weeks

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the Area Based Regeneration and Shared Repairs Service in the Low-Rise Area-Based Investment team (Mixed Tenure Improvement Service).

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing complex complaints Freedom of Information Requests and service enquiries along with data collection and monitoring during project delivery and systems administration of the Case Management System. They will work closely with the in-house Finance Team to support the day-to-day administration of all finance-related issuesand to provide management information to enable service level decision making and improvement in a busy and complex environment.

You should be confident in supporting two busy teams and have strong communication skills.

The postholder will be expected to provide ad-hoc systems training guidance and support for the wider staff group.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.

Responsibilities

Experience:

  • Analysing complex programme information assessing its business impact and highlighting concerns. Using key performance indicators to monitor overall programme performance.
  • Working knowledge of corporate financial systems including novoville Oracle Uniform and any other relevant CEC systems applicable to the Mixed Tenure Improvement Service.
  • Supporting colleagues in the use of relevant case management systems. Developing innovative initiatives for system improvements. Communication programme information effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Ability to understand and interpret programme performance information and use this to inform improvements to the service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including report writing for both senior management and operational levels. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work.
  • Current knowledge of legislation policy and statutes pertaining to mixed tenure property repairs.

Qualifications and training:

  • Experience and/or training in using Novoville case management system. Proficiency in Microsoft Word Powerpoint and Excel

Job Specific requirements:

  • Ability to deal with all customer complaints in conjunction with other MTIS team members.

  • Acting as the lead for all Level 2 customer complaints in conjunction with the CO Team Leader and the BSM

  • Maintaining and updating the MTIS complaints database and ensuring that all actions are closed out in a timely manner.

  • Responsible for reporting quarterly complaints statistics

  • Supporting the Case Officers Building Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors in the collation and issuing of customer completion documents (reports Warranties Certificates etc)

  • Maintaining the MTIS Standard Operating Procedures documents updating upon regular review and maintaining the version control trackers.

  • Maintaining Risk Registers for MTIS and feed into further risk registers as required. Hold quarterly business risk reviews across the team.

  • Responsible for auditing all aspects of service delivery identifying areas of service improvements and managing the delivery of any improvements
