Job Summary
Introduction

PRO provides a wide range of complimentary components and accessories to each sports cyclist check . the brand PRO has its origin and development team at the European Headquarters in Eindhoven.We are looking for a motivated Product Coordinator who is self-starting curious and passionate. Analytically and methodically strong with outstanding communication skills. The Challenge
Based on agoodunderstanding of thenewlydeveloped productsyouareresponsible forbelowactivities:
Operational Coordination
Createandmaintainnew itemfiles including SKU setup aligned with model year changes and end-of-life processes.Prepare product informationincluding item pricingfor internal systems (PIM ERP catalogues).Being the owner ofPROProduct DataMastersheet.
Coordinate packagingproduct USPandmanualsupdates andtheirtranslationacross markets.
Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure data accuracy and production readiness.
Performprice calculations based on vendor cost and target SRP.
Data & Analysis
Monitor product performance using market customer and competitor insights.
Conductanalysisto support product positioning and pricing strategies versus competition.
Product Development Support
Trackproduct development milestones and support cross-functional in managing schedules timelines and updateson newlydeveloped products.
Coordinaterunning change projects and Product (bundle) projects that do not require engineering.
Marketing & Sales Support
Support product launch preparation by providing product specifications key features and benefits to marketing and sales teams.
Createline-up overviews compatibilitydocumentationand othersell-in materials.
Assistin creating launch assets such as product pages brochures and social media content.
Developcompetitorcomparisons to highlight value proposition product positioning and storytelling.
What are we looking for
Education at a Bachelor level with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment.
You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with corresponding Excel knowledge
Clear written and verbal communication in English
Basic understanding of product development processes.
Passion for cyclingisaplus.
