Salary: 18333per annum

Contract: 2-year Fixed-Term Apprenticeship

Hours: Full-time 35 hours/week (MonFri)

Location: Hybrid Dartford office (Crossways Business Park) & home

Werelooking for an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our Customer Service and Central Services this roleyoullbe at the heart of delivering excellent service to our residents and supporting the smooth running of customerenquiries;help resolveissues andprovide administrative support for key processes such as tenancy management and service delivery. Working alongside experienced colleaguesyoulllearn how a housing associationoperates developstrong communicationandorganisationalskills and receive dedicated support from a training provider all while building the foundation for a successful career and achieving arecognisedqualification.
