• Salary: WHA4$29.70 -$30.01 per hour 25% casual loading
• Salary for Short Term Temporary Appointments:$1128.60- $1140.30 per week (pro rata)

Join the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network as a valued Direct Care Worker in our Central Pool! With casual and temporary positions available youll have the opportunity to work across one or more residential care units providing compassionate person-centred care to elderly residents. If youre motivated caring and thrive in a team environment this is the role for you.

Our residential aged care units are located across Mount Pleasant Kapunda Gumeracha Eudunda Strathalbyn and Kangaroo Island.

We do this by maintaining exceptional levels of care at all times supported by systems and processes that assure us of quality and safety of our staff and those we LHN has 11 public hospitals 6 aged care facilities and an extensive range of community-based services.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS

Working in this environment it is important to us that we only employ people with the upmost integrity and commitment to serving the South Australian community and its visitors to the highest possible standards. To ensure that we meet that commitment there are a few checks that you will be required to undertake. These are detailed on the Role Description but are likely to include the following:

• You will need to undergo employment screening what you require is also on the front page of the Role Description.
