We are looking for a Logistics Officer to join our team.


Role Summary


To ensure all online and face-to-face courses run smoothly by coordinating Zoom sessions administering course assessment marking organising delivery of classroom course materials verifying courses are appropriately setup. Work with the team to identify and execute on opportunities to continuously improve processes to deliver value to the customer as efficiently as possible.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Student Experience Officer who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

High level of written and verbal communication for a professional audience

Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

Ability to become proficient in various software applications

Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets knowledge desirable

Sense of urgency and commitment to meet deadlines

Able to identify whats important to stakeholders and prioritise accordingly
