Job Summary

We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team in Manama Bahrain. As a key member of our housekeeping department you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout our property.

  • Manage and coordinate daily room attendant and house attendant assignments
  • Organize prioritize and route housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are guestready by established checkin times
  • Collaborate closely with room inspectors to update the hotel management system with accurate room statuses
  • Communicate effectively with front desk staff to provide timely updates on room availability and fulfill special requests
  • Oversee guest laundry delivery and coordinate with relevant departments
  • Ensure all daily reports are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain open lines of communication with housekeeping leadership and other departments
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low supplies to management
  • Respond professionally to guest inquiries and concerns ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment within the housekeeping team

Qualifications :

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proven problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Leadership experience or potential to guide and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and industry standards
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills beneficial
