The mission
As our Quality Control Maintenance Engineer you are the all-round expert who knows every detail of our post-production processes which includes steps like efficiency measurements tolerance measurements contacting sorting and packaging. Your mission is to keep things running smoothly ensuring reliability and precision while being the first point of contact when something needs fixing or improving. Youll take ownership of technical maintenance and support making sure robust solutions are in place and everything works as practice this means:
Being the go-to person for troubleshooting and quick problem-solving in our post-production processes managing maintenance and support across the entire process
Calibrating tools and process machines to maintain accuracy
Building maintaining and adapting tools for measurements and contacting such as jigs measurement boxes and contacting machines coordinating with suppliers when necessary
Exploring smart ways to automate task like moving from measuring one unit at a time to many
Keeping the process stable and ready for future growth
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety problem-solving and taking initiative. You will be the person everyone turns to when they need things to work and you will make sure they do.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for someone who loves being hands-on and making things work. You are the kind of person who enjoys solving practical problems keeping processes running smoothly and finding smart ways to improve them. To succeed in this role you should have:
Experience with technical work in a production or workshop environment
Basic knowledge of electronics to support troubleshooting and calibration
Familiarity with CAD tools for designing simple jigs and fixtures
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
It is a big plus if you have a technical engineering background experience with 3D printers or basic coding skills to help automate tasks.
As a person you are structured and organized able to plan and prioritize without losing sight of details. You collaborate easily communicate clearly and handle challenges constructively. You take initiative and ownership of your tasks driving them forward with confidence while staying aligned with the roles expectations. Above all you are self-reliant and enjoy being the go-to person when things need fixing or improving.
Given that Epishine consists of teams with people from all over the world it is also important that you can communicate fluently and comfortably in English.
