A busy and well-run secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a proactive Site Manager to take responsibility for the safety security and maintenance of the school site.
About the Role
This full-time role involves overseeing day-to-day caretaking planned maintenance and compliance with health & safety requirements. You will liaise with external contractors conduct regular site checks and ensure statutory checks are completed and recorded.
The Site Manager will play a key role in ensuring the school operates smoothly and safely for staff pupils and visitors.

The school educates approximately 1100 pupils and benefits from strong leadership clear systems and a respectful school culture.
Staff are supported by a collaborative leadership team and well-defined operational processes.
Requirements
Experience in facilities caretaking or site management
Knowledge of health & safety and premises compliance
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
