Job Summary

A well-established family-run orthodontic practice located in Vancouver is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient consultations and provide clear compassionate guidance.
Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate care with patients other healthcare providers (e.g. general dentists and specialists).
Prepare and send professional correspondence and letters.

Schedule:

Days: Mondays Tuesdays Fridays
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

Wage: $38 - $43 per hour (based on experience)
Monthly incentives.

Requirements:

A minimum of two years of experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator.
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) license is considered an asset.
Bubbly outgoing and organized team player.
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
