Job Summary

Position: RN Med Surg tele
Location : Burlington MA
Shift : 12 hour nights

Guaranteed hours : 36 per week

A Med-Surg Nurse provides direct nursing care to adult patients with varied medical conditions or those recovering from surgery. They assess and monitor patient health administer medications and treatments perform wound care and collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient recovery and safety. They also educate patients and families on care plans and document all care accurately.

Job Description:
Assess and monitor patient condition vital signs and symptoms.
Administer prescribed medications IVs and treatments safely.
Provide wound care and support post-surgical recovery.
Educate patients and families about treatments and discharge instructions.
Collaborate with doctors and healthcare team for care planning.
Document care responses and progress accurately.
