Hiring for Creative Director in Qatar

Qualifications

Experience: 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role (Creative Director or Associate Creative Director) within an agency or in-house brand.

Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing award-winning campaigns brand systems and a mastery of visual storytelling.

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and familiarity with UI/UX tools (Figma/Sketch).

Communication: Exceptional presentation skills; ability to "sell" creative concepts to non-creative executives.

Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
