Job Summary

Position: Accountant

Location: Cochin

Qualification: BCom/Mcom/MBA Finance

Experience: Min 2 Years of experience in end to end Accounting Activities

Salary: 25000 ( Slightly Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities such as journal entries general ledger and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements including balance sheet P&L and cash flow.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable vendor payments and customer billing.
- Conduct bank reconciliation and maintain accurate bank transaction records.
- Monitor and manage inventory accounting costing and stock valuation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements — GST TDS PF ESI and income tax.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Maintain documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support budgeting and cost control activities.
