• Less than 1 year: $29.56/hr

• 1 year: $31.04/hr

• 23 years: $32.52/hr

• 45 years: $33.99/hr

• 67 years: $35.47/hr

• 910 years: $36.95/hr

• 16 years: $40.65/hr

Shift Differentials

• Nights (12-hour shifts): $4.25/hr

• Weekends: $3.00/hr

Additional Incentives

• Sign-On Bonus: $20000

Position Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking skilled and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) to join a high-acuity acute care setting serving both adult and pediatric patient populations. Under general supervision the RRT delivers comprehensive respiratory care manages invasive and non-invasive ventilation and supports critical care operations. This role requires strong clinical judgment independence and a commitment to high-quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services in accordance with departmental policies and professional standards.

• Administer routine and advanced respiratory therapy procedures for patients of all ages.

• Set up operate and manage acute care ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation.

• Perform patient assessments monitor response to therapy and intervene as clinically indicated.

• Document respiratory treatments and patient status accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR).

• Function independently when needed to ensure continuity of patient care.

• Maintain departmental and hospital records in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

• Collaborate effectively with physicians nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (current or within the past year).

• CRT experience may be considered.

• Active Florida RRT license or eligibility for Florida licensure.

• Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced acute care environment.
