In the role of Customer Care and Billing Summer Intern you will learn and experience the life cycle of a mass-market customer from meter reading to payment an excellent learning experience where you will be part of a team that bills and collects on 3.9 million customers each month.
Placement Details:
- This is a 4-month paid summer internship starting in May 2026 located in Kingston ON.
What you will do:
- Correct billing exceptions
- Complete account adjustments
- Update and make meter corrections
- Update customer information
Who you are:
- You are currently enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program studying Business or Finance and will be returning to full-time school immediately following the work term.
- Effective and professional communication both verbal and written with the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Solid computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook). Strong Excel skills and experience are required.
- Ability to actively and consistently represent Enbridges core values (Safety Integrity Respect Inclusion).
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role located in Kingston ON
- Relocation assistance is not provided.
