What Youll Do
As a facilities maintenance tech youll be part of our team located in Holliston MA. Youll get to:

• Perform a variety of tasks to maintain the appearance safety and functionality of our plant and grounds
• Maintain the exterior appearance of the plant including mowing trimming and snow removal.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs unclogging drains and repairing minor leaks.
• Repair leaking pipes toilets and faucets and clear blocked toilets sinks and drains
• Perform janitorial and housekeeping tasks such as cleaning floors restrooms and break rooms wiping down walls and surfaces clearing cobwebs from ceilings corners and other areas
• Assist the maintenance team with various tasks such as cleaning painting and minor repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols regulations and company policies.
• Assist with special projects such as plant expansions renovations or equipment installations.
• Perform other tasks and projects as needed or assigned by management to support the maintenance and facilities operations.

Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintenance or facilities experience: 1 year of experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
• Possess basic trade skills such as plumbing carpentry and painting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds work at heights and stand for long periods.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possession of certifications in a trade skill or maintenance-related field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
