Job Summary

**Job Summary:**

As a Sales Manager at our optical retail store you will play a vital role in driving sales ensuring outstanding customer service and leading a team to success. You will work closely with the Brand Manager to supervise and execute action plans that boost sales performance and create a positive team culture. Our goal is to empower you to take ownership of your role support store operations train and coach associates and build strong relationships with the Clinical team and Lab Staff.

**Responsibilities:**

- Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Support Brand Manager duties including talent acquisition training new team members and collaborating with the Clinical services team.
- Analyze reports to ensure staff members are meeting goals and communicate effectively with the Support Center and Human Resources.
- Perform customer repairs assemble lenses into frames and ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders.
- Maintain lab area standards and address equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Track delivery commitments to ensure 100% compliance and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven ability to implement sales strategies and lead a sales team effectively.
- Strong multitasking prioritization and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

**Additional Requirements:**

- Passion for outstanding customer care and a commitment to promoting high work standards.
- Willingness to embrace innovation and empower others to excel.
- Schedule flexibility to meet business requirements.
- Proficiency with MS Word Google Docs and similar software.
- Optical experience is a plus.
