Job Summary

Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Haridwar


Job Summary:

The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets managing the distribution
network building strong retailer relationships and executing company strategies in the assigned
territory. This role is field-based and involves extensive travel within the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Ensure effective coverage of retail and wholesale outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors retailers and stockists.
  • Drive secondary sales and monitor stock levels at distributor points.
  • Execute promotional activities and ensure visibility of products.
  • Provide regular market feedback on competitor activities and customer trends.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales collections and daily reports.
  • Participate in product training and skill development initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably BBA or Science).
  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferably in FMCG/Pharmaceutical/Wellness industry.
  • Fresher candidates with good communication and motivation may also be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Basic computer skills - MS Office email reporting tools.
