Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Contract
Location: Ashburn Court Virginia
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 3:30 PM
Contract Duration: 16 Weeks
Pay Rate: $45$55 per hour
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist for a contract opportunity in Ashburn Court this role you will assess and treat patients with physical cognitive and emotional challenges helping them improve functional independence and overall quality of life through personalized therapy programs.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions focused on daily living self-care and work-related skills
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Accurately document evaluations treatments and progress notes
Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques exercises and assistive equipment
Recommend environmental modifications to support patient independence
Ensure compliance with professional standards facility policies and state regulations
Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct
Required Qualifications
Active Virginia Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Strong clinical organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
NBCOT Certification
