Ballet teacher for contemporary dancers with additional responsibilities in rehearsal management and choreographic assistance 70%
Your responsibilities
Your main responsibility is teaching classical dance to contemporary addition to these tasks you will also be involved in organising the tasks and processes of the degree programme. Your responsibilities will include rehearsal direction and/or choreographic assistance for a broad contemporary repertoire as well as participation in the preparation and execution of performances and other projects. Potential involvement in the MA Dance degree programme and the EFZ dance training programme at the Zurich Dance Academy is desirable.

Your profile
You have completed professional training in ballet teaching or have an equivalent qualification. You also have many years of personal experience as a professional dancer. As a ballet teacher you have several years of teaching experience that meets professional standards. You know how to motivate and inspire students with your expertise. You are familiar with classroom management and the associated tasks. Excellent language skills in English and German are required for this position.
