Position Overview

A long-term care facility in the Montour Falls NY area is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN for an evening-shift assignment. This role requires strong nursing home experience and a team-oriented mindset including the willingness to assist with CNA duties as needed to support resident care.

Schedule & Requirements

Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Schedule: 5 days per week 8-hour shifts
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
Overtime: Not permitted
Requested Time Off (RTO): Not permitted

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of prior LPN/LVN experience
Prior nursing home / long-term care experience required
Must be willing to perform CNA duties when needed

Expectations & Attendance Policy

Strong attendance and punctuality required
Excessive tardiness or call-offs may result in early termination of the assignment

Licensure

Active LPN/LVN license (state-appropriate)
