Position Overview Infrastructure Scheduler
Were seeking an Infrastructure
Scheduler to support our growing pipeline of infrastructure and structural this role youll perform inspections across NY/NJ job sites and contribute to the ongoing development of welding quality assurance processes at AEIS.
What Youll Do
Quality Assurance & Inspection
- Develop and maintain accurate detailed project schedules to support on-time and on-budget delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Monitor project progress analyze schedule variances and identify risks or conflicts impacting the critical path.
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and stakeholders to ensure schedules are realistic aligned and achievable.
- Prepare and communicate schedule updates forecasts and mitigation plans to support informed decision-making.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate inspection records and generate professional reports using our proprietary software.
- Verify and review WPSs PQRs and Welder Certifications.
- Contribute to quality documentation systems.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with project managers.
- Participate in process optimization reviews and corrective action reports.
What Were Looking For
Must Haves
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Project Management or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project scheduling preferably in infrastructure projects.
- Previous experience with MTA Projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex project schedules and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret project plans and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Range: $40hr - $50/hr. This range is based on national market data and may vary widely by experience and location.
