Position Overview Infrastructure Scheduler

Were seeking an Infrastructure
Scheduler to support our growing pipeline of infrastructure and structural this role youll perform inspections across NY/NJ job sites and contribute to the ongoing development of welding quality assurance processes at AEIS.


What Youll Do

Quality Assurance & Inspection

  • Develop and maintain accurate detailed project schedules to support on-time and on-budget delivery of infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor project progress analyze schedule variances and identify risks or conflicts impacting the critical path.
  • Collaborate with project managers engineers and stakeholders to ensure schedules are realistic aligned and achievable.
  • Prepare and communicate schedule updates forecasts and mitigation plans to support informed decision-making.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate inspection records and generate professional reports using our proprietary software.
  • Verify and review WPSs PQRs and Welder Certifications.
  • Contribute to quality documentation systems.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Work closely with project managers.
  • Participate in process optimization reviews and corrective action reports.


What Were Looking For

Must Haves

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Project Management or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project scheduling preferably in infrastructure projects.
  • Previous experience with MTA Projects.
  • Proven track record of managing complex project schedules and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret project plans and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Range: $40hr - $50/hr. This range is based on national market data and may vary widely by experience and location.
