Job Summary

Were looking for a Senior VMware Cloud Engineer to join us at Telia.

Im Daniel Göthberg the Head of Virtual Compute & Container within the Tech Platform Services and Im searching for someone ready to grow with us. Were a supportive forward-thinking Cloud platform team focusing on developing maintaining and evolving Telias Private IT Cloud platform across the Nordics.

What youll do:

Develop and maintain our VMware-based Private IT Cloud platform built on VCF vRA and Tanzu Kubernetes

Delivering IaaS PaaS and CaaS services through a self-service portal

Contribute to a National Security zone virtual team

Take a leading role in NSX-T technology within the Cloud platform team

What will help you thrive in this role:

Proven experience in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and NSX-T (operations architecture/design)

Strong knowledge of AVI Load Balancer Terraform and networking concepts

Ability to work in a security regulated environment handle incidents/change management

Fluency in English

Nice to have:

Experience with VCF Automation (vRA8) and Tanzu Kubernetes

Familiarity with vROps JIRA GitHub Ansible and Agile principles and SAFe framework

General networking knowledge (Cisco)

Important Information:

Swedish citizenship required

Approved high-level security clearance (Telia/external parties)
