Were looking for an experienced Repairs Manager to help lead our Amplius Response service and guide a dedicated team delivering responsive and emergency repairs. Youll keep operations running smoothly ensure value for money and uphold our high service standards. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Property Operations youll shape the service through strong leadership in recruitment training performance and safeguarding. Salary: 60500 per year (plus car allowance)
Contract: Permanent full time
Your week: 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5pm)
Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in our Milton Keynes office.
This role will involve travel across the Home Counties and surrounding areas (Bedfordshire Biggleswade Milton Keynes Northamptonshire and Hertfordshire)
