Field Sampling Technician casual positions available
When: Start on 2nd February for around 8 weeks.
Location: Hops Products Australia (HPA) own and operate two hop farms in North-East Victoria; Rostrevor Hop Gardens and Buffalo River Valley both located a 10-minute drive from Myrtleford.
Hop Products Australia (HPA) requires casual employees to join us for Field Sampling in our hop fields commencing 2nd February for around 8 weeks.
HPA are the largest grower of hops in the southern hemisphere and we supply hops to brewers all over Australia and around the world.
The Field Sample Technician is responsible for paddock sampling image capture and analysis to determine critical hop maturity and quality data.
The role is ideal for someone with previous field and analytical experience with an interest in botany or horticulture and looking for some relevant work experience.
On the job training will be provided.

Casual hourly rate is Level 5 ($35.15 per hour) of the Horticulture Award 2020. Approximately 40 hours per week increasing to around 60 hours per week during harvest throughout March.
