Job Summary

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

Our Lead Partner Rep will work closely with cross-functional teams within the North America marketplace. This includes but is not limited to external partners Nordstrom and The Rack accounts as well as internal partners (Merchandising Marketplace Key City Leadership Brand Marketing Consumer Direct Marketing Jordan Brand counterparts Operations DSM/Planning etc.)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our North America Style Specialty Lead Nordstrom Partner Rep will be based at WHQ in Beaverton ideal candidate will have the ability to facilitate the North America Marketplace strategy within the ecosystem of retail partners authenticators and community members. We need someone who is an enterprise thinker able to analyze wholesale and retail business results deliver engaging presentations and build strong relationships with internal and external partners and contribute to a winning team dynamic and culture.

  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales Merchandising and Marketing
  • Knowledge of current trends and street culture
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. which may include samples and sales materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint Word Excel Outlook).
  • Ability to travel (up to 25%)

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

You will serve as Nike Brands ambassador and primary point of contact within the Nordstrom Inc. account base. We need you to drive & deliver against financial targets for the Nordstrom Inc. businesses inclusive of order entry bookings reconciliation and product deliveries. Our Partner Lead will play an integral role in implementing the consumer CODE and GO-TO-MARKET process inclusive of leading customer sell-ins quarterly business reviews (QBR) multi-season order management and business result recaps. From an operational standpoint you will ensure orders are entered fully and on time as well as proactively manage product shipments in partnership with the Marketplace Operations team. You will be responsible for key franchise management and tracking trends to inform the forecasting process and ensure a healthy marketplace. This person will be an expert in their assigned businesses and maintain an openness and desire to elevate their skillsets for future career development.
