Thats how you get involved and move us forward:
- To advise and support customers during the course of the service process.
- Vehicle turnover is conducted together with the customer at the time of drop off.
- Services to be performed costs possible additional services and completion timeframes are to be thoroughly discussed with the customer.
- Communication between the workshop and the customer is to be maintained during the entire service procedure as required.
- Upon completion of the final inspection following the service appointment the invoice is to be prepared the vehicle handed back over to the customer and all services performed and costs accrued are to be discussed in detail with the customer.

- Successfully completed training in commercial education as well as technical understanding
- Several years of professional experience as an automotive mechanic or service consultant
- Optional advanced training in the car trade
