Required Qualifications:Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) or trained and Board certification or Board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineActive unrestricted medical license in Florida or has Florida application in processValid DEA licensePreferred Qualifications:Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluencyA working understanding and support of a managed care environment
