Job Summary
Truly Green Farms is seeking a motivated and energetic individual with a positive attitude to join our Growing Department. No experience neededtraining provided!
What Youll Do:
- Assist with monitoring plant health including watering pruning and crop maintenance.
- Record basic crop data such as plant growth environmental conditions and pest observations.
- Maintain clean safe and organized greenhouse areas.
- Follow all company protocols safety standards and SOPs.
- Report any issues related to plant health equipment or growing conditions to the Growing Lead or Grower.
- Perform other greenhouse duties as assigned
- Collect and record crop data accurately including plant growth climate conditions yield measurements etc.
Who Were Looking For:
- Positive enthusiastic dependable
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing bending and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to learn and grow in agriculture
- Comfortable working in greenhouse conditions
- Team player with strong work ethic
