RN: Resource Nurse (1099).
Pay rate:$75.00 per hour (1099).
Address:New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services36 Clinton Street Concord NH 03301.
Shift hours:
- 10:45pm-7:15am 5/8-hour shifts 40 hours a week.
- Every other weekend 11:00pm-7:00am Friday and Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the units and serve as a resource to nursing staff in maintaining a safe therapeutic and caring environment on the units and throughout the hospital.
- Act as role models for the delivery of safe and therapeutic nursing care.
- Identify and communicate clinical and administrative concerns to Executive Nursing Leadership and/or the Executive on-call.
- Initiate the NHH Emergency Preparedness Plan and Patient Care Services Continuity of Operations Plans when needed in emergency situations.
- Monitor staff adherence to the Policies and Standards of NHH and NHH Department of Nursing.
- Monitor staffing throughout the hospital.
- Demonstrate positive leadership.
Requirements:
- Valid unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification.
