- Program Management (i.e. developing implementing and overseeing large-scale behavioral health programs and services)
- Financial and Budget Management (i.e. managing multi-dollar budgets securing grand funding and overseeing financial operations)
- Subject Matter Expertise (i.e. knowledge of current behavioral health practices public policy regulations (federal and state) and evidence based interventions)
- Policy and Legislative Acumen (i.e. ability to analyze and translate complex policy and legislative mandates into actionable program strategies)
- System Development (i.e. experience in system-level planning quality improvement and establishing collaborative relationships with external partners providers and other stakeholders)
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills (i.e. excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences and lead large multi-disciplinary teams)
