Salary and Benefits

Salary range: $90000 to $120000 (commensurate with experience)
Productivity bonuses paid quarterly up to $3600 annually
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are negotiable

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient pediatric care to patients from birth through age 21
MondayThursday: 8:00 AM5:00 or 5:30 PM (one slightly longer day) Friday: half day
Average of 1820 patients per day
Perform well-child checks sick visits immunizations and chronic disease management
Collaborate closely with physicians nurse practitioners and support staff
Utilize eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system
Support ongoing quality initiatives and patient-centered care standards

Requirements

Licensed as a Physician Assistant in the State of Florida
Board Certified as a Physician Assistant
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates with strong pediatric rotations considered
Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
