Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously understanding their vehicle service needs.
- Write repair orders and communicate service options costs and timelines clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to provide accurate and timely updates on vehicle status.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions vehicle repairs and service history.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Assist in managing service appointments and workload to optimize workflow.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience and service department profitability.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive service advising or a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient with computer systems and software related to service departments.
- A passion for cars and automotive service is highly desirable.
