Job Summary
MAIN FUNCTION: Supports all clinical performance improvement functions and collaborates with other department team members to support patient safety and other functions of the Department of Patient Safety and Care Improvement including Data collection management and reporting; meeting preparation and follow-up. Specific areas of responsibility include collaboration with Patient Safety Managers to support high reliability through-out the organization collaborating with patients patient representatives and hospital employees to support patient relations provide incident investigation and analysis of occurrence and including follow-up and coordination of actions plans.
EDUCATION: LPN/RN
EXPERIENCE: Minimum six months in same or similar position. Computer literacy and the ability to type are required.
