Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls emails and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Greet and assist clients visitors and team members in a courteous and welcoming manner.
Maintain and organize office records files and schedules.
Coordinate meetings appointments and administrative tasks for the office.
Support various administrative projects as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications :

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
