Job Summary
Experience: 04 - 06 Years
Were looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst with strong experience in Salesforce and web application testing. Youll be responsible for designing and executing manual test cases identifying defects and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and execute test cases for Salesforce and web applications.
- Test Salesforce Cloud objects workflows and integrations.
- Perform functional regression and UI testing for web platforms.
- Log track and close defects while collaborating with developers and BAs.
- Create and maintain test plans cases and execution reports.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
- Support automation teams in script validation and test result analysis.
- Ensure QA best practices and continuous improvement in testing processes.
Required Skills:
- 4 years of QA experience with 2 years in Salesforce testing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud data models workflows).
- Hands-on experience in web testing across browsers and responsive designs.
- Familiarity with JIRA TestRail or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical documentation and communication skills.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium TestNG).
- Experience with API testing (Postman SOAP UI).
- Awareness of CI/CD pipelines and integration testing concepts
