Job Overview:
At Christian Brothers Automotive Ahwatukee we believe great service starts with great people. As an Entry-Level Automotive Service Advisor youll be the friendly trustworthy point of contact for our guestshelping them understand their vehicle needs and feel confident in every decision.
You dont need automotive experience to succeed in this role. Were looking for people with strong character a heart for serving others and the desire to grow. Well provide the training support and systems to help you succeed.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships communicating clearly and being part of a team that values honesty excellence and respectboth for our guests and for each other.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respect
- Present the best solution to properly repair our guests vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand
- Manage the shops workflow in an effective and efficient manner
- Consistently and effectively present our services with honesty and integrity
- Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times
- Communicate on the phone in a clear professional manner
- Build long-term relationships between the shop yourself and our guests
- Direct coordinate and participate in performing customer service activities
- Shuttle guests as needed
- Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications
- Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- Someone who enjoys helping people and solving problems
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Integrity reliability and a team-first mindset
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Prior customer service experience is a plus (automotive experience not required)
Qualifications:
- Current & valid drivers licenses
- Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier
- Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications (preferred)
- Experience in Automotive Customer Service and Service sales (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
- Being dependable and reliable for a position that is scheduled for Monday Friday 7AM 6PM
- Being on your feet the majority of the workday (standing walking coordinating parts etc.)
- Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.
- Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
