About Client
Client is a leading global travel distribution platform empowering travel agents and partners with seamless booking solutions strong supplier network and destination expertise. As part of our expansion we are looking for a Sr. Executive DMC (Australia Market) to strengthen our operations and client support in Mumbai.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle B2B travel queries for Australia region (FIT Groups MICE).
- Design customized itineraries prepare costings and deliver accurate quotations.
- Liaise with hotels suppliers and ground partners in Australia for best deals.
- Negotiate rates and ensure competitive pricing for partners.
- Manage end-to-end booking operations: confirmations vouchers documentation and problem resolution.
- Keep updated on Australia tourism trends visas attractions and experiences.
- Support internal sales teams with destination training and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Travel & Tourism or related field.
- 36 years of DMC experience specifically in Australia market.
- Strong knowledge of Australia hotels sightseeing and activities.
- Good command of MS Office booking tools and vendor management.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure.
