General Customer Relationship Management:
Lead the delivery of strategic offers and orders with customers.
Support the Sourcing Project Manager in coordinating end-to-end project management of drug
sourcing initiatives for clinical trials.
Requesting procurement-related documentation.
Providing pricing and terms information managing a pricing matrix to support Proposal Development
team quotations.
Assist in tracking project progress monitoring timelines and addressing any issues/risks that may
impact deliverables.
Review and maintain most up to date customer messaging at all times.
Ensure all billing activities are forecast within the month.
Prepare client quotations:
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for accurate client quotations
ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines and regulations.
Leverage the wider company and group capabilities to support customer proposal building on
stakeholder relationships
Analyze client requirements and project specifications to create customized proposals that meet their
needs effectively.
Review and refine pricing strategies to remain competitive in the marketplace while maximizing
profitability for Alcura.
Maintain and build client relationships:
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients fostering strong professional relationships through regular communication and personalized service. Act as point of escalation for all sourcing customers.
Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs address concerns and provide strategic solutions that exceed expectations.
Act as subject matter expert to provide out of the box solutions
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Highlight key customers for building and growing business acting as primary point of contact for Global sourcing needs
Coordinate with top-tier clients:
Act as a liaison between internal departments and top-tier clients to facilitate seamless communication and sourcing project execution.
Attend and co-ordinate meetings with key clients to discuss project requirements timelines and any potential issues that may arise during the proposal development process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals that align with the strategic objectives of both Alcura and the client.
Respond to client queries:
Address incoming client inquiries promptly providing clear and accurate information on pricing product availability lead times and any other relevant details.
Tailor responses to each clients specific needs while upholding professional standards of communication and service excellence.
Coordinate internal resources as needed to ensure timely responses that demonstrate Alcuras commitment to customer satisfaction.

Manage priorities:
Organize team workload effectively to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality or accuracy in proposal development.
Assign and prioritize tasks based on urgency strategic importance and impact on overall client satisfaction.
Monitor project progress closely identifying potential bottlenecks or challenges early on and implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track
Team Leadership & Development:
Provide guidance direction mentorship to the Proposal Developers for specific categories within clinical trials sourcing
Ensure team are aware of objectives set within the annual business plan and that these are fully reflected within the staff appraisal and development process.
Foster a collaborative team environment; monitor individual/team performance provide feedback/coaching as needed.
Provide training for team members on global sourcing requirements.
Risk Management & Compliance:
Identify potential risks associated with sourcing activities (e.g. supply chain disruptions) develop risk mitigation strategies/crisis management plans to minimize impact on clinical trial operations.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations/guidelines such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) throughout all stages of clinical trial material/services procurement.
Interpret current/future market trends and develop services in line with them
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Support data analysis related to sourcing performance costs savings achieved and other key metrics; contribute insights for decision-making and assist in providing regular reports highlighting trends recommendations for process optimization within drug sourcing projects for clinical trials.
Ensure all purchase orders are tracked with the relevant information to ensure key data is captured and tracked.
Provide reports as necessary to internal and external stakeholders
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
Identify areas for process improvements within the clinical trials sourcing function; collaborate cross-functionally to implement process changes aimed at optimizing efficiency/effectiveness.
Work with vendor manager to identify sourcing needs
Quality Management System:
Support Lead PM Comparator Operations/QA team to investigate any customer complaints or deviations or audits related to sourced pharmaceutical drugs for clinical trials.
Provide necessary information and support documentation and support to assist in determining root causes implementing corrective actions and preventing future occurrences.

Manager
