Manager, Reporting & Forecasting

We are currently looking for a motivated Manager to join our Reporting & Forecasting Team in CIP Finance based in our headquarters in Copenhagen.

Team

The Reporting & Forecasting team is responsible for financial performance reporting and forecasting for CIP Group and contributes to financial simulations for corporate commercial and capital allocation decisions. Key stakeholders span the CIP BOD executive management and senior leaders across the CIP platform to whom financial performance related matters are analyzed and presented. Youll report to the Head of Reporting & Forecasting and be part of a team of 6 capable finance professionals overseeing various areas of financial performance management in CIP.

Role

As the new Manager of Reporting & Forecasting you will engage in a significant role alongside the team and CIP Finance management providing strategic financial insights and presentations developing advanced models and analytical tools and collaborating with senior stakeholders to enhance financial outcomes.

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:

• Deliver high-quality reporting and insights to support decisions and financial steering
• Develop implement and utilize EPM and BI tools to enhance reports forecasts and data visualizations
• Act as business partner to a number of CIP departments
• Collaborate across functions to ensure delivery of projects and continuous improvement
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
• Pro-actively manage budgeting long-term planning commercial business cases

You

You probably hold a Masters degree in Finance Economics Mathematics or similar. You have 510 years of experience in financial roles e.g. within finance or strategy consulting financial industry or large industrials (FP&A or business finance). You possess a commercial mindset and ability to translate numbers into actionable insights. Effective stakeholder management and ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Experience producing impactful results is a must.

Experience with OneStream BI tools and data visualization is an advantage.
